After we got the word that Daryl's uncle A.T. had died it was determined that he and his sister Sheryl would drive to Phoenix (actually Casa Grande) for the funeral. They departed Saturday October 1in the morning and drove all day to Roswell, New Mexico where they stayed with Daryl's aunt Betty Worley. She was waiting with chicken enchiladas for dinner. It was wonderful. After dinner they stayed up going through pictures until the wee hours of the morning. Sunday morning they got up and Betty headed for church and Daryl realized he missed getting a picture so he started looking for it and got side tracked and ended up forgeting his shaving kit. He was not alone Sheryl forgot her clothes bag. They drove to Ruidoso and stopped for an Art Show then headed to Las Cruces for lunch. After lunch they headed for Casa Grande. The next morning Sheryl headed to Dillards to buy clothes for the day. Then they headed to their aunt Lynn's house to visit with family. They saw people they hadn't seen in almost twenty years.
